Given the perishable nature of our products, all food and beverage items, including our coffee drinks, specialty teas, and savory snacks, are final sale. We cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on these items once they have been purchased. If you receive an order that is incorrect or unsatisfactory, please inform a staff member immediately. We will be happy to remake your drink or replace your item on the spot to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Due to strict health and safety regulations, all items from our bakery, including cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. Our bakery items are freshly prepared and are meant to be enjoyed right away. We take great pride in the quality and freshness of our baked goods, and for this reason, we cannot accept any returns. We encourage you to inspect your purchase before leaving our cafe.
Occasionally, we may sell branded merchandise, such as mugs, tumblers, or coffee accessories. These items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item appears used or damaged.
Our primary goal is to ensure you have a wonderful experience at Blanco. If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with your purchase, please speak with one of our staff members. We believe in providing personalized service and will do our best to find a suitable solution, even if the item falls under a non-refundable category.
